#what the fucking shit why would you do this
That’s a terrible image to use for the asymptote. Those purple & pink curves are asymptotic, but not to each other; their asymptotes aren’t shown. That’s why they look almost no different from the tangent lines image. Showing a curve and its asymptote, getting nearer and nearer each other like this would’ve been much more appropriate.
HARU’S VOICE ACTOR IS SINGING UNDER THE SEA
this is illegal.
Click it, you won’t be sorry
"Under the Sea" sung by Haru from Free! huh?
One could say that he’s “free under the sea.”
Can’t tell if the original poster was responsible for this mixup since they deleted the post but…
It’s THIS HARU:
I repeat, THIS HARU:
You know, from this show?
Learn the difference, it could save your life.
Not really but you’ll look less stupid when you’re not jumping to conclusions just because someone screams Haru.
EDIT: Okay, I better add a disclaimer that I know the actual answer should be Miyu Irino but was more focused on the fact people were mistaking one Haru for another despite the obvious difference in their voices.
Bless that last reply.
This sequence is pretty hilarious, especially since my first impulse before listening to the track had been the Haru from Tsuritama. I remember that show more fondly than Free!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a god. But if gods made wishes, too, who would they wish to?
Diebuster - Anime Expo 2013
Words that still send shivers down my spine. What beautiful opening lines to a beautiful series.
Hajime Ueda’s art is always so gorgeous. Loved his style ever since discovering it in the FLCL manga adaptation.
"And I kept saying out loud that I wanted to kill Koyomi-onii-chan and his girlfriend and his slave."- last lines of chapter 35 of Koimonogatari “Hitagi End” (emphasis mine).
“That’s right. That’s why-.”
I speak with drama in my voice.
To send those simple, those deceitful words to Nadeko.
“-that’s why that wish will not come true. Because you kept saying that wish out loud, you can’t obtain that wish.”
“… What do you mean?”
“I have to tell you something today. It’s something I must tell you. That Araragi Koyomi who you said you wanted to kill, along with Senjougahara Hitagi and also Oshino Shinobu, got into a traffic accident last night and died.”
Sengoku Nadeko, squinting her eyes as if surprised,
along with her hair, each of the over 100,000 white snakes also squinting in unison,
“So Mr. Kaiki is trying to deceive me as well.”
she said, smiling blissfully.
