A Certain Magical Index 20 - Perfect Moments in Anime Accelerator, the most powerful level 5 of Academy City. Murderer of over ten thousand little girls. Not just any girls, but level 3s coming at him with their electricity powers and high powered rifles. And here he was, completely powerless to stop a bullet from a measly pistol fired by a non-esper. Why? Because he was busy saving one little girl, manipulating individual electrons in a computer to hack her brain. He could’ve given up on her at any point to save his skin, but he didn’t. He couldn’t. He had to save this one girl, even if it meant watching in disbelief as he lost his life. And when the blood splattered and the bullet disappeared, we knew what decision he had made.
